Overview
We want you to be happy with StackSherlock. This policy explains how billing and refunds work on paid plans.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.
Refunds
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund that billing period. Usage-based overages already incurred aren't refundable.
Annual plans
Annual plans can be refunded on a pro-rated basis for the unused, full months remaining, on request.
